I also wanted to have my guardatijeras, as many of you, and here it is. I did it in blue and red, very happy. One of the fabric color chosen was stamped and the other was plain. I put a zig - zag white all around to make it more beautiful.
The guardatijeras seats three scissors, and beyond is pretty convenient because you can always have collected the scissors and you can easily locate them without losing you in the sewing room. 
In this picture you see that also sewed two red buttons to highlight more work, the result is great, I like a lot and also for its functionality, how convenient it is. And it is not hard to do demasido and other days I will make a guardatijeras.
