First thank you to all who are involved in this SALT, and which I have sent the photo of the first objective completed. Encouragement for those that have not yet finished! I have set a presentation on my blog with photos of those who have already completed their first goal, so you can see how beautiful you are running these sheep, a herd is very nice.
Let's move on and make the second objective of SAL:
2 nd Objective: To unite the body parts and produces the other parts of the sheep
After completing the first objective, we obtained two body parts, a larger and a smaller, well, the largest of which will go back. We put the two pieces together and join with a number of stitches between them. Some people glue the two pieces, either with glue or with hot glue. The choice to do so, I prefer to sew, even if it costs more work, because the sheep will be more secure and will not ever take off, especially if the dais for children to play or something like that take longer trot. And I say, I prefer to sew the two pieces is very good.
then trace the rest of the fabric patterns, face and ears in brown cloth, always putting them doubles. Sew around each piece. In parts of the face and ears leave an opening no sewing and then turn around and fill. The opening is the sew after filling each of these parts.
The remaining piece of cloth (which will be on the head) the sew all around, leaving no opening, and once stitched whole one side we give a cut, as we did with the parts of the body. In this court will give the piece and fill it, then sew the opening. This side where the seam is that we will sew it down to the top of the head of the sheep, but we will do this and the next target.
As you can see this objective is to facilitate, to see if this Friday and what you have done. Next Saturday will publish the next target.
You know that any questions I can write email, and when you finish this goal you send me photos to publish on the blog. We're almost finished the sheep!
